🏠 ANO Bureau – Website Design for an Architectural CGI Studio
Client: ANO Bureau - a studio that creates CGI renders and architectural concepts
Task: Design a website, create a logo, a few PDF presentations and marketing visuals
Client input: The studio already had a marketing strategy, branding colors and typography

🎯 Project Goals
Design a website that showcases the studio’s services, story, and case studies. Ensure responsiveness for mobile devices. Develop a logo suitable for both digital and print use. Create a pack of marketing posts and visuals based on the brief from their marketing team

🧠 Getting Started
The studio had both a marketing and operational team in place, but was only beginning its launch on the US market - essentially in startup mode. My task was to create 11 screens in Figma, including a UI Kit for development.

🧪 UI/UX Process
a. Concept
They provided a UX structure for the screens, crafted by their operations team based on competitor research. I used these mockups with minimal adjustments, then moved on to the design concept phase
b. Website Design
After we approved the homepage design concept, I proceeded to design all the major screens in Figma. The most exciting part was the Portfolio block - a grid of many cards showing CGI images in a specific order. Clicking a card opens a popup with detailed case info. The site also includes video elements and an animated hero section that dynamically changes the background image
The overall design is clean and minimal, which helps with SEO and makes the content easy to digest

💎 Logo Design
I created over 8 logo concepts. During one of the sessions, we finalized a square-shaped version in a one-line style, where all letters are connected. The visual idea was to represent the square rooftops of cottages, which make up the core of the studio’s portfolio. The logo was approved and is now used on the website, printed materials, and across marketing creatives on social media

✍️ PDF Presentations
a. Sales Guide
I created a comprehensive guide for the sales team based on the marketer’s technical task. This document helps the team estimate project costs for clients. It includes many examples of pricing formation and thorough explanations of the logic behind them

b. Client Guides
Additionally, I designed several client-facing presentations that showcase project types, timelines, and pricing packages - including real cases with renders and estimates.
In total, I created over 112 slides. Some of them required non-standard grid layouts and image ratios, which made this task quite a challenge - but I managed to deliver everything at a high level

📱 Instagram Posts & Creatives
While continuing to support this project, the marketing team asked me to prepare creatives for a targeted Instagram campaign. I selected the studio’s best renders and added short CTAs highlighting discounts and services. These creatives performed great - ANO Bureau's Instagram account has now surpassed 5,000 followers

🚀 Result
After launching the redesign:
The studio now has a full-scale portfolio website, which serves as the main source of client leads
A variety of PDF presentations are ready for any situation. The studio owns a library of marketing creatives that can be reused almost endlessly
